CANCELLATION
Since a scheduled appointment is the reservation of time specifically for you, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full fee associated with your appointment. Your card on file will be automatically charged.

INSURANCE
Harbor Wellness is a fee for service practice. Clients pay directly for services at the time of each appointment.
Dr. Stodard does not contract with or file claims for any insurance companies. This allows for increased privacy, keeps the client and clinician in control of care, and provides more time and flexibility to focus on wellness goals.
