WALK & TALK SESSIONS
This outdoor walk and talk session style combines the best practices of psychology with the benefits of rhythmic, mindful movement and nature. We will address your concerns and work toward your wellness goals walking side by side at a beach or park location. Since you will set the pace of our walk, this session style is adaptable to your comfort level. Exploration of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors may be eased and deepened in this natural, relaxed environment. Designed to help you take steps toward a life well-lived with more openness and creativity.

FLOW
MINDFUL MOVEMENT SESSIONS
This session style integrates the benefits of mindful movement & stillness, stretching and breath work with the best practices of psychology. Guided mindful movements tailored to your needs enhance talk therapy interventions or coaching strategies as we work toward your goals. All movements in this style are gentle and tailored to your ability and comfort level. Designed to help you move into a thriving lifestyle with increased mind-body connection, self awareness and emotional fluency.

TRADITIONAL IN-OFFICE SESSIONS ALSO AVAILABLE
This session style is the more conventional, non-movement integrated approach to psychological services. Sessions take place seated in a private waterfront office space.
